In an effort to make our home budget friendly, I’ve researched online and found several ways to make my own home made cleaning wipes. The Clorox ones are just too much to buy every time and the smell STINGS if used as often as we do.
SO! To be more friendly to the tribe’s pocket and even to the environment, I’ve decided to make our own cleaning wipes. It is much like the homemade baby wipes I did eons ago and which we still use today.
Ok so much like the baby wipes, you first start out with paper towels:
And then you get a serrated knife and cut it in half:
Then put in 3/4 cup of WHITE VINEGAR, and 3/4 cup of WATER, with about 20-25 drops of essential oil to take that vinegar smell out of the solution.
Then you stick the half a roll into the receptacle of choice, and pour the shaken (not stirred hahaha!) solution OVER THE WHOLE THING.
I poured the solution into the receptacle til most of the paper towel was wet, made it soak right way up, and 10 minutes with it upside down just to be sure. I didn’t finish all of it so I have some left over just in case the towels dry out.
TADA! Home made cleaning wipes! 🙂
Let’s all break free of chemical-y cleaners! HAHAHA! 🙂 I just really wanted to play Queen 🙂
Have a great day everyone!
